Most clients opt for flat-fee, unlimited service retainers, but there are several other billing models. They include hybrid retainer/time & materials packages, flat fee projects and savings-driven contingent fees. Fees vary by the number of employees, number of servers, required service levels and other factors. Fees are often adjusted mid-contract to suit changing budgets, evolving business needs and technical advances. Most new clients opt for a three month trial engagement before committing to longer term support contracts.
